It is holiday breakfast time!
We needed a cake fast without gluten. So searched DietDoctor and found a 7 min recipe:

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp granulated erythritol / lakanto(blend of erythritol and monk fruit)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinches salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp butter for greasing the mugs
- 14 g (25 ml) coarsely chopped sugar-free dark chocolate
Instructions
Microwave (7 minutes total time)
1 Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add eggs, melted coconut oil or butter, and chocolate. Mix until smooth.
2 Equally divide batter into four, well-greased coffee mugs or microwave-safe ramekins.
3 Microwave on high for 1-1 ½ minutes (700 watts). Remove and let the mug cakes cool for one minute.
The extras were warm up after dinner for a non guilty dessert.
